Meet the MAP Board Members

Brittany Anello-Noble: Board chair/SECRETARY

Brit has a Masters of Science degree in Capacity Development and Knowledge Mobilization and an Undergraduate degree in International Development.

She has experience in Project Management in the private sector and in her current role as Project Manager at United Way Waterloo Region Communities.

Michael Rutledge: Board Treasurer

As a Principal at Stonegate Private Counsel, Michael manages the financial affairs of high net worth families and focuses on providing innovative and customized wealth solutions tailored to each family’s unique needs.

He graduated from the Queen’s School of Business with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.

Andrew Gaughan: Board ADVISOR

Andrew is a former business executive that had a career focused on the regulated horse racing and related gaming industries, with over 25 years’ experience working in the Canadian and Global technology and gaming marketplace. 

He is a graduate of Cornell University (1988), with a law degree from Queen’s University (1991) and remains a non practising licensed lawyer in Ontario now running  his own investment and advisory consulting practice;  focused on regulated gaming industries globally.

Cristine Yhap: Board Advisor

Cristine is an Alumni of George Brown College and graduated from the Child and Youth Worker program in 1993. She returned to university and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care and Master's Degree in Early Childhood Studies from Ryerson University.

Cristine has spent over 25 years working with various agencies throughout Toronto including The Children's Aid Society, The Hincks-Dellcrest Children's Centre, Covenant House, and Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS).

Hiba Abdallah: Board Advisor

Hiba Abdallah is an artist and educator who frequently works with others. Her practice explores the structural legacies and futures of cities by researching the intersections of collaboration, community and disagreement as productive frameworks for re-imagining public agency. 

She received her BFA from the University of Windsor in 2012 and her MFA from the University of Guelph in 2017. Recent exhibitions and public projects include "Everything I Wanted To Tell You" for Nuit Blanche Scarborough, "Neighbourhood Trust" with Lakeshore Arts and Museum Toronto, and "Rehearsing Disagreement" for the Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto.
